We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our construction team. Whether you’re new to the industry or already have some construction experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop specialist skills and be involved in the creation of high-end swimming pool projects across the island.

Criteria summary:
We’re looking for a Trainee Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team of water wizards. No cape needed—just a good attitude and a willingness to learn. No experience? No problem. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What You’ll Do (aka Your Poolside Quest):
Learn how to test, treat, and tame unruly pool water
Skim, scrub, vacuum, and occasionally wrestle leaves and bugs
Assist with filter checks, pump fixes, and minor heroics involving poolside machinery
In the off-season, swap your skimmer for a shovel and help with pool construction, plumbing, tiling, and making backyard dreams come true
Drive to job sites, work outdoors, and always leave the water looking better than when you found it

We’re also looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our growing construction team.
The role would suit someone with a background in a skilled trade such as paving, tiling, plastering, stonemasonry, or a similar construction discipline who is looking to broaden their skills and develop a long-term career within a specialist sector.
Working alongside our experienced team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of pool construction and associated refurbishment.
Criteria summary:
We are looking for a leader on the tools, are you an experienced construction and building professional, qualified, or qualified by experience in wet trades?
If you have a background of leading a team, involving what we do – groundworks, various concreting, patios and general hard landscaping, and you’re looking for a change of scenery with bit of a variety – this position could be for you
While experience in the pool industry would be of great advantage, it isn’t a deal breaker as the nature of the role involves transferrable skills from general construction, paving, blockwork, groundworks, plastering, rendering, and tiling.
You’ll have a keen eye for detail, and be comfortable working and assisting with others less experienced than you.
Criteria:
We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Pool Engineer who knows their pumps from their pipes and can fix a filtration system before their coffee gets cold. You’ll work solo most days, manage your own schedule liaising with the rest of the team, solve problems on the fly, and keep our clients’ pools in tip-top shape.
You’ll Be Doing:
Diagnosing & repairing all pool equipment
Handling installs and upgrades with precision
Working independently and owning your sites
Getting amongst new pool construction works, especially in the off-season
You Bring:
Solid hands-on experience with pool systems
Strong fault-finding & troubleshooting skills
Great customer skills and a clean driving record
