Andy founded ‘Andys Pools’ in 2013, and since grown the company, rebranding to Lotus Pools in 2018. Passionate about all things swimming pool, he is usually found involved our new pool construction works

With onsite experience Katrina is usually the first point on contact now based in the office, as she helps coordinate staff schedules and customer relations

Ryan is our go to man for emergency call outs, equipment breakdowns and problem solving. A wide skillset proving super handy across all aspects of our works.

Old man Craig has been with us for many years, bringing some 18 years of experience to our pool maintenance service. Well known amongst our regular customers.

Kieran heads up some of our construction works, he is always on the go, ambitious and super friendly with our customers.

Dani is part of our maintenance team and familiar with many of customers, you’ll see her mostly servicing swimming pools in the season, but she’s also an accurate tiler.

Youngest on the team, Dylan joined our construction side of works in 2022. He is our first apprentice at the Guernsey Institute studying trowel trades

Jan became part of the team in January 2025, bringing three decades of pool construction know-how and a wide range of practical building skills. Off the clock, he loves crafting large-scale model boats

Hannah joined the team in May 2025 as part of our pool maintenance crew, mastering the cleaning rounds before stepping into the office to support our growing admin workload.
