We are looking for a leader on the tools, are you an experienced construction and building professional, qualified, or qualified by experience in wet trades?

If you have a background of leading a team, involving what we do – groundworks, various concreting, patios and general hard landscaping, and you’re looking for a change of scenery with bit of a variety – this position could be for you

While experience in the pool industry would be of great advantage, it isn’t a deal breaker as the nature of the role involves transferrable skills from general construction, paving, blockwork, groundworks, plastering, rendering, and tiling.

You’ll have a keen eye for detail, and be comfortable working and assisting with others less experienced than you.

Criteria:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience
• Proven experience leading small construction teams on site
• Strong background in general construction or specialist trades
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and programme delivery
• Confident communicating with team members, subcontractors, and clients
• Hands-on approach while leading from the front
• Full driving licence (essential)
