We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our construction team. Whether you’re new to the industry or already have some construction experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop specialist skills and be involved in the creation of high-end swimming pool projects across the island.
We’re more interested in attitude than experience. If you’re dependable, keen to learn, professional with customers, and motivated to build a successful career, we’d love to hear from you. As our construction team grows, there will be opportunities to develop your skills and take on greater responsibility.
Criteria summary:
- No formal trade experience required
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills

We’re also looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our growing construction team.
The role would suit someone with a background in a skilled trade such as paving, tiling, plastering, stonemasonry, or a similar construction discipline who is looking to broaden their skills and develop a long-term career within a specialist sector.
Working alongside our experienced team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of pool construction and associated refurbishment.
Criteria summary:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction or a relevant trade
- Experience in paving, groundwork, tiling, plastering, or similar wet trades
- Able to work independently on site tasks aswell as amongst our team.
- Good understanding of construction site practices
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Full driving licence (essential)
We are looking for a leader on the tools, are you an experienced construction and building professional, qualified, or qualified by experience in wet trades?
If you have a background of leading a team, involving what we do – groundworks, various concreting, patios and general hard landscaping, and you’re looking for a change of scenery with bit of a variety – this position could be for you
While experience in the pool industry would be of great advantage, it isn’t a deal breaker as the nature of the role involves transferrable skills from general construction, paving, blockwork, groundworks, plastering, rendering, and tiling.
You’ll have a keen eye for detail, and be comfortable working and assisting with others less experienced than you.
Criteria:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience
- Proven experience leading small construction teams on site
- Strong background in general construction or specialist trades
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and programme delivery
- Confident communicating with team members, subcontractors, and clients
- Hands-on approach while leading from the front
- Full driving licence (essential)
